Week 5. Thing 12

Rollyo is interesting. I really didn't "get it" at first but I'm starting to appreciate its usefulness. I liked adding rollbars to my Firefox browser. I can see where it could be a time saver, especially the Top News, and Reference rollbars. I can search all of the top news sources at once for information on a particular news story.

Creating my own Searchroll was interesting although I have barely scratched the surface looking at the sites I included on it. I named my new Searchroll Kid's Lit Podcasts. I have also included a link in my list on the right side of the screen. Audiobooks and podcasts of children's literature are things that I really want to spend more time exploring because I think I could use some of them with students. I know many of my students would love to listen and read along, especially if the audiofiles are free.
